Carolina has over 20 years of Wall Street experience, having worked at several global investment banks, including Goldman Sachs & Co., Jefferies & Co., ISI and Evercore Partners. Carolina held several senior sales/marketing and client strategy positions covering the largest institutional corporate clients of the firm – blue chip/Fortune 500 corporate clients and top institutional investors (both long only and long/short investors). Product coverage included strategic advisory, outsourced investor relations capabilities, capital market deals, business development and strategy. Carolina started and ran Evercore’s corporate investor marketing team - responsible for ~1,000 of the firm’s top banking clients which worked closely with public CEOs to increase their exposure to existing and potential shareholders. She left NYC and Wall Street in 2019 and moved to Los Angeles to cover Family Offices for various strategic planning needs.
Carolina managed Context Capital Partner’s Family Network (‘CFN’) from January 2021 to August 2022. As head of CFN, Carolina works closely with the network’s top 300 Family Office clients curating relevant content, moderating topical webinars and in hosting in person events. Prior to being acquired by Apex Group, CFN was a well-known Family Office peer-to-peer networking group based in Los Angeles.
Carolina is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She was raised in the New York City area and attended Villanova University, graduating with a B.S.B.A. in International Business and Finance, with a minor in French and Italian.
