For Alex Pfister, leadership isn’t defined by titles — it’s woven into daily choices, consistent presence, and grounded in the humility that comes from following his Savior, Jesus Christ. Whether building inclusive workplaces, advancing social equity in the community, or raising his family, he believes true leadership is about creating spaces where others can flourish.
As COO of R360, Alex is the company’s Integrator — helping to transform big-picture vision into operational reality. He anchors the Executive Leadership Team, leads core functions across finance, HR, and operations, and brings structure, momentum, and accountability to every initiative. Passionate about people and purpose, he also champions a culture of inclusion and collaboration.
Before R360, Alex held Vice President roles at Cresset Asset Management and JPMorgan Chase, where he began as an intern. From global institutions to fast-growing start-ups, each role has centered on delivering financial insight, operational excellence, and strategic vision.
Beyond work, Alex is an Elder at his church and serves as treasurer on a non-profit board. His wife serves on the city council, and together they model civic engagement and community-focused leadership.
He lives just outside St. Louis, in Alton, IL, with his wife and their three young children. You’ll often find him in the backyard working on the treehouse, wrestling with the kids, or diving into a sci-fi or natural history book. And if you see someone on the golf course with three kids hanging out of the cart — it’s probably Alex.
