Chairs are chosen for their ability to foster trust, build community, and lead with intention.
While every Chair brings a unique background, the most successful share a few essential qualities:
Credibility and trust within their community or professional network.
A strong personal network with the potential to form or grow a local R360 chapter.
Proven success in business, investing, or leadership.
Experience guiding groups, mentoring peers, or facilitating meaningful conversations.
High emotional intelligence and a natural ability to listen and connect.
A spirit of service — Chairs lead through generosity, not ego.
How much time is required?
Most Chair commit 10-15 hours a month, with flexibility.
Is this a paid role?
Yes. Chairs receive access to special benefits and invitations as well as compensation. Details available upon inquiry.
Is training provided?
Yes. We offer ongoing support and onboarding to set you up for success.
