Silvia Costa is a visionary producer, storyteller, and strategic connector who has redefined how families of great wealth preserve their legacies and deepen their impact across generations. As a member of R360’s leadership team, she guides initiatives that extend far beyond filmmaking, helping shape the organization’s broader mission while leading R360 Productions and its acclaimed Legacy Films. These bespoke documentaries capture not only family histories but also the values, lessons, and aspirations that endure across generations. For Silvia, storytelling is about meaning as much as memory, ensuring members are remembered not only for what they built, but for who they were and what they believed in.
Born in Rio de Janeiro and educated in Milan and London, Silvia is fluent in Portuguese, Italian, English, Spanish, and French. Her career began with The Business Profile, a groundbreaking documentary series broadcast on CNBC Europe, BBC America, the History Channel, and Financial Times TV. This work took her to more than 70 countries, where she interviewed CEOs, politicians, and entrepreneurs to uncover the sparks behind some of the world’s most successful companies and family enterprises. With over 15 years of filmmaking experience, Silvia has mastered every aspect of her craft — producing, directing, and editing — guided by her belief in creating “art with the truth.”
Her vision extends beyond the camera. At R360, Silvia also leads global partnerships, developing initiatives across health, aviation, philanthropy, and education. She designs programs that provide members with transformative opportunities while strengthening the long-term value of their membership. An entrepreneur at heart, she has also launched two multinational ventures in Brazil, experiences that sharpened her ability to merge creative vision with commercial execution.
Silvia divides her time between Rio de Janeiro and London, where she is joined by her three children, Sophie, Jack, and Lara. Rooted in family, culture, and curiosity, she embodies the essence of the legacies she helps others preserve: ones built not just on success, but on meaning, memory, and love.
